The holy spirit

Jesus told his disciples the lord was going to give them a gift of the holy spirit.

Jesus rose into the sky to go to heaven

As the were praying a wind filled the room and a fire was above their heads, this was the holy spirit.

They began talking in different languages.

Peter told the people to turn to god and be baptised.

    Mōrena Aiden,

    well done on you religious education work, you used 5 different facts and showed you understand what happened at pentecost. Remember the Holy Spirit is a name so it needs capital letters just like Jesus and God. What do you think it would have been like for the disciples when the Holy Spirit came upon them?
